**News Flash posted 7/13: We picked up our 2nd win in our Chase Allen Motorsports car in Lubbock!
***News Flash posted 7/3: We were able to pick up a win at Abilene this past Saturday night in my new
Chase Allen Motorsports car!
Midseason review – Posted 7/2/12
It’s been an up and down year for the God is Awesome Racing Team so far:
Tyler has 22 nights of racing 1 win 5 top 5’s.
And, has been leading 4 races but would have mechanical problems to spoil additional top finishes.
He’s currently 17th in national IMCA points and 6Th in points at Abilene Speedway.
My year has also had its ups and downs. In 27 nights racing, I’ve finished in the top five 10 times.
I started out a little slow but was gaining speed and confidence until the middle of April when I totaled
my primary Hughes car at Abilene Speedway. I then changed to my backup Hughes car until I my new
Chase Allen Motorsports car was ready. My finishes have started improving since getting in the CAM
car.
I am currently leading the points at Lady Luck Speedway, 10th in IMCA National points, 4th IMCA
regional points and 4th in IMCA Texas points.
